Masaki's has recently upgraded our system to serve you better. Now, you can receive real-time updates on the status of your vehicle. This includes the following:
• Information on what repairs need to be done to your vehicle, including images.
• Repair authorization forms for you to approve via text and/or email.
• Faster notifications upon completion of the work on your car.
• Future service reminders via text or email including confirmation of service date/time.
Please note that this service upgrade requires a text or email to be kept on-file with Masaki's
Notice: Because of our heavy workload, we will not be able to participate in the AAA Free Vehicle Inspection Program until further notice. Masaki's Auto Repair will accept some aftermarket vehicle warranty repairs at our discretion. Final determination made after assessment and the customer must have the booklet and contract with them. Please check with your warranty provider before making any appointments.
